We are a family-owned business based in Bloomingburg, Ohio (Fayette County), operating a restaurant and food truck.
The Den by The Little Bear Group restaurant. Our restaurant located at Destination Outlet Mall in Jeffersonville, Ohio will be opening soon. We’ll keep you posted as we near our opening.
The Little Bear Food Truck offers delicious sandwiches and sides. Our sandwiches are special because they (except the Reuben, of course) begin with toasted hoagie buns, bacon, cream cheese, and Havarti cheese. These ingredients, paired with various grilled deli meats, vegetables and sauces, create a satisfying food experience. The truck also offers fries, loaded fries, baked potatoes, potato salad, and drinks.

Our Mission is to build a food brand for a broad audience and offer great quality food in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere
Our story …. begins with mom and dad in Andale, Kansas
They are our inspiration. We are part of their legacy. 30 years ago, Norbert and Pat Robben of Andale, Kansas closed up shop on their family-owned dairy farm to open a bar and grill in Andale and they called it The Little Bear. Their initial menu were sandwiches created by Pat that were grilled meats on toasted hoagie buns with cream cheese and bacon. Together, they slaved to build a long-standing business and now, The Little Bear Bar and Grill is a mainstay in Andale for food, entertainment, and hometown hospitality.
Our story … jumps to a food truck in Ohio
After relocating to Fayette County, Ohio, Jim and Kim Robben (Norbert and Pat’s son and daughter-in-law), along with their family, began operating a food truck with the core sandwiches from The Little Bear Bar & Grill. After adding more products with new recipes, the food truck has become an established fixture at many Ohio businesses and events.
Our story … continues to a restaurant
The next step for us is adding a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Destination Outlets in Jeffersonville, Ohio, gave us a wonderful opportunity to do just that. They have a fantastic vision for the future of Jeffersonville by allowing local businesses to form and thrive in their commercial spaces. We are honored to be part of their team.
